POLICIES

  • A consignment business means that we do not purchase items from you directly. Instead, we establish an account for you as a Consignor and you are given an account number which will always be used to identify every item you consign. You will have access to your account at all times via an online service. You will be given information about how to access this site during your first consignment appointment.
  • We want to offer gently used and new items at a fraction of the retail price. Our goal is to provide a fun, upscale, kid-friendly environment where parents can easily shop and the children want to keep coming back too. We aim to offer excellent service and merchandise with style! We make selections according to what our experience tells us has good potential for resale and we tag your merchandise with your consignment number. Please understand that our customers preference must be our selection guideline.
  • Consignment appointments are required for your first drop off. For processing purposes, we ask that you limit clothing items to 30-40 of your best items per visit. You may call or e-mail the store to arrange a time that is convenient for you. After your first time consigning, all consignments are accepted on a "drop and run" system.
  • There is an annual $10.00 service fee for consigning with us. Worn with LUV will place your clothing items on our hangers, price your items, and tag them using our computer system. The service fee is automatically deducted from your account. This service fee helps to cover the inital account set-up and account maintenance. It also helps to cover the online access to your consignor account.
  • The CLOTHING consignment period is 90 days. Clothing will sell at full price for 30 days. It will then be automatically discounted 20% and 40% each 30 day period. Consignors receive 50% of the selling price. Prices are determined by Worn with LUV and are approximately 35-50% of the original sales price. The TOYS, EQUIPMENT and FURNITURE consignment period is 60 days. Items will sell at full price for 20 days. They will then be automatically discounted 10% and 20% each 20 day period. Consignors receive 40% of the selling price. Prices are determined by Worn with LUV and are approximately 50% of original sales prices, based on age and condition.

  • You will receive an item list when your items have been processed that includes a pickup date. All unsold merchandise not picked up within the 15-day time frame of the pickup date you are notified with, becomes the property ofWorn with LUV and will be disposed of at management discretion. Merchandise that has been placed on the sales floor may not be picked up during the 90 day time frame.
  • Automatic monthly checks will be mailed by the 5th of each month, for those accounts with a minimum $25.00 balance. Balances less than $25.00 may use their account as a store credit, or can wait for a check to be mailed when their account balance reaches $25.00. Checks must be used within 90 days from the date issued. Worn with LUV is not responsible for lost checks.

  • Although all possible care will be taken of your merchandise, Worn with LUV is not responsible for theft or damage; however, Worn with LUV will do their utmost to protect the merchanse and to ensure a happy consignor.
  • Worn with LUV is locally, family owned. We reserve the right to change our hours to allow more family time during the slower seasons.
